The arcade is a very loud environment with a lot of flashing lights, a dim ambiance, and often times, a lot of people. If this causes physical or mental distress, for everyone’s safety and comfort, we would NOT recommend our arcade.

Yes. Anyone entering the arcade requires an admission pass. If you need more than the 15 given to your rental, you can purchase more the day of at a discounted rate of $10/per person. We have a strict NO SPECTATORS policy.

We don’t sell food/drinks because we’re located in a mall with wonderful options. You are welcome to bring your own food/drinks to make the party YOU want! We respectfully request that all food and drink stay in the party room. Spilled drinks on arcade machines is totally not cool and a huge party foul.

We encourage you to celebrate the way you want, but we have some stipulations. Please no glitter/confetti and absolutely NO decorations taped to the walls. This will ruin our artwork and we’ll be super sad, yo.

Parties are not seated until the host has arrived.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your own party (come on bro), your reservation will be rescheduled. No exceptions.

What makes Boss Battle Games different from other arcades?
Honestly? We care.
Boss Battle Games Indianapolis is owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team who grew up together spending way too much time in arcades. But the passion for arcades doesn’t stop with us.
Our entire team grew up playing these games. We’re arcade kids, gamers, collectors, and people who genuinely love the experience of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with your friends, popping off at a win, and trying to beat the high score. That shared love is a huge part of what makes Boss Battle Games what it is.
We’re personally involved in maintaining our machines, testing games, and hand-selecting what goes on our floor—and our team brings that same passion to everything we do. Every game here was chosen because we actually love playing it. Not because it’s trendy. Not because an algorithm told us it would perform well. Because it’s fun.
We believe people need places to gather. Places where you can challenge your friends, meet new people, and experience something together. Because rage baiting in an Xbox lobby isn’t exactly the social connection we’re looking for.
We also believe the original hardware matters. The feel of the controls, the glow of a CRT monitor, the sound of the buttons clacking— these games were designed as complete experiences. We work hard to keep our machines playing the way they did back in their prime, so you can step away from the modern world for a while and experience a time when things were just generally better.

We have made the decision to focus on what we do and love most - arcades. We will be closing out our retail section, so all our used consoles, games, plushies, blind boxes, etc. must go. We will be making room for MORE arcade and pinball machines to give you more bang for your buck on admission.

Our Loyalty Program will be retiring October 31, 2026.
We will be retiring our Loyalty program at the end of October. We know this may be upsetting to some folks, but we hope you'll understand that we are doing this as a way to avoid raising our prices to keep BBG affordable for you.
To host the Loyalty Program, we have to pay a monthly subscription fee and just like your Netflix and Disney+ subscriptions, the cost of this has skyrocketed over the past few years. Instead of increasing our admission prices to make up for these huge tech companies cranking the rates up on us, we are choosing to just not participate and cancel our use of this service.
As mentioned before, we understand the cost of EVERYTHING has risen for everyone, and we hope you understand that we are also feeling the squeeze - from electricity bills to repair parts, taxes and more. So we are making hard choices to avoid being part of the problem.
You will have until October 31, 2026 to use any discounts or rewards available through this program. We hope you understand and thank you for your patience as we navigate the seas of change with the economy.

Coin mechs suck, yo. At Boss Battle Games, you pay an admission fee to enter and in return, you have full access to ALL our arcades, consoles, and pinballs at NO EXTRA COST. No points. No game cards. No bullshit.

Simply, yes. Because all our machines are set to free play, we cannot babysit every single person that enters and confirm they are not playing games. Just like Disney World or an amusement park, every one pays to enter and every one plays games.

We are NOT a child’s arcade, but supervised, behaved children are welcome. There are no spectators. You and your child will need to pay admission - Yes, we’re forcing you to spend time with your kid!
